Every human and animal has chakras, these are the energy points of the body that are connected to one of the energy bodies. Basically there are seven chakras that are divided from your crown to just below your tailbone. The best way to imagine a chakra is as a kind of cyclone-shaped funnel that rotates at a certain speed and can transfer energy to and from the specific body. Each chakra also has a name and a specific function.
A chakra can be disturbed in many ways and even become blocked, unbalanced, or spin too fast or too slow. No matter what disturbance occurs in a chakra it always has an effect on one or more of your bodies. Which has an effect on your well-being.
My advice is to activate this portal weekly, in combination with Aura cleansing. I recommend activating the latter daily.
