Connections and your Aura
Not a day goes by without us coming into contact with other people, animals or places. Every contact creates an energetic connection, often without you being aware of it. Of course, not every connection will have a big effect on your aura, but it is certainly possible that a crowded place or a meeting with someone can disturb your aura and throw you off balance. This can cause sudden fatigue or hyperactivity, for example.
Our aura is an energetic field that surrounds us and acts as our "radiation" to others. This field is felt, seen and influenced by others, often without you realizing it. It is therefore important to cleanse and restore your aura regularly.
Aura, Chakras and Bodies
An aura is a subtle energy field that surrounds our physical body. It is a reflection of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual states. Within this field are the chakras, which act as energy centers and connect to different layers of our existence, also called the energetic bodies.
There are seven main chakras in the body, each associated with specific colors and aspects of our well-being:
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine and associated with the color red. It represents survival, safety, and grounding.
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana): Located below the navel and associated with the color orange. It represents creativity, sexuality and emotions.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura): Located in the abdomen and associated with the color yellow. It revolves around personal power, willpower, and self-confidence.
4. Heart Chakra (Anahata): Located in the heart area and associated with the color green. It represents love, compassion, and connectedness.
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha): Located in the throat and associated with the color blue. It revolves around communication, expression, and truth.
6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) Located between the eyebrows and associated with the color indigo. It represents intuition, insight, and wisdom.
7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara): Located above the head and associated with the color violet or white. It represents spiritual connection and universal consciousness.
Daily Aura Cleansing
My advice is to do this cleansing activation daily. With consistent use your aura will become stronger and recover faster. You can also combine this activation once a week with the "Chakra Cleansing and Restoring" ritual for a deeper energetic balance.
Respect and Gratitude
Respect the time and energy invested in channeling this energy, creating the portal and the manual. The Aura Cleansing Portal is personal and not meant to be shared with others. It is included in the Arcturium monthly card.
With loving regards,
